Jonathan Hawkins
Owner, Principal Agent
Jonathan Hawkins started his insurance career with Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2012. After 6 years, he founded Hawk Insurance Solutions in 2018 with the goal of being able to provide the right insurance for every situation.

Jonathan has been married to his beautiful wife Brittany since 2017. They have 2 dogs, Nick and Ruby, and reside in Somerville, NJ.
Tania Giordani
Account Manager
Tania Giordani joined Hawk Insurance Solutions in September 2019. She has a strong customer service background with a successful career in hospitality behind her.
Tania is applying her attention to detail and dedication to the insurance field now; committing to helping people live more secure lives and protecting their assets!
Cindy Oseida
Sales Assistant
Cindy started with Hawk Insurance Solutions in October 2020. She has a lengthy background in insurance, and is very knowledgeable in service procedures.

Cindy has extensive experience working in independent agencies, and her new role at the Hawk is assisting Jonathan Hawkins with general sales and agency operations.
Tammy Rautenberg
Account Manager
Tammy Rautenberg joined Hawk Insurance Solutions in January of 2021. In addition to formal education in healthcare, she is a wife, mother of 4, and a grandmother!
As part of a lifelong commitment to serving others, Tammy is dedicated to providing families with the same care and protection as her own.
